"Absolute best place we have lived in in all of WA! Sara was an amazing manager during our time there, I am using a pseudonym for security reasons. I really appreciated the cleanliness, her efforts at keeping it that way, her gentle reminders to all tenants regarding curfew, and other rules in a very respectful manner. We never had a problem getting any necessary repairs. It is true the one we lived in is a very old building and prone to needing constant vigilance, but as tenants we also kept it clean and were careful not to leave debris and what not go into the drains; the owners and Sara indeed cared for it as best they could. My opinion from our personal live-in experience, of course. If we ever return to Mt. Vernon, we will look to see if there is an apartment open to rent. :)"

"I been kick because I had three write up but the only time were when something went wrong with my apartment I was here for one year and something was always was wrong with my apartment I did not have a stove for hole month then my hot water went out and if hair went down the bathroom it turn of hot water and they never had it fix for days so no hot water and that 5 time in one .Yes I was late 3 times I pay the next day and I pay late changes this is not great place to live in the older apartment and managers are good people and work hard on there job just the apartment are just really old"

"Since being here the ceiling has flooded into our apartment. The bathroom sink has flooded twice. The shower, the toilet, the kitchen sink too. Terrible pipes. Spiders everywhere. Ants. Love the manager, just a terrible old building with constant problems."

"Had a larger 1 bedroom, very nice and the manager and maintenance guy are fantastic. If I was to move back to Mount Vernon this is where I would want to live again."
