Days Inn by Wyndham Mt. Vernon 2009 Riverside Drive, Mount Vernon, WA 98273

"My boyfriend and I stayed here over the weekend and when we walked into the rooms we were shocked that this was a hotel owned by Wyndham. The room spelled heavily like cleaning solution but at a closer look it wasn’t clean. I pulled back the blankets on one of the beds and there were a couple ants and the room itself, especially by the window there were quite a bit of ants coming in. It seemed the like the bed sheets and pillow cases were just given a good shake and placed back on the bed and not changed. I give it the rating I did solely because the front desk person was nice."

"When I arrived the front desk clerk was very nice and answered my questions that I fid have. I also had a nice room on the 3rd floor, wasn't to bad, but of course I was mostly there to sleep. I will be back up there in a few months to relocate myself up there from Houston."

"So I stayed for 5 nights. They did not clean the room for 2 days. No, I did not have the "do not disturb" sign on the door. I had to ask for rags to showers with, and Lana gave me a full bag. 2 towels and 2 ripped rags and some rags had yellow stains on them. I was so disgusted when I spoke to the manager. She said she is sorry for that. However, she can not do anything for me. In addition, the heater is blocked off, so if you want or like to be warm/hot, just know it will not happen. Other than that, the room is plain without anything to stand out. Also, it says that it has WIFI, but I did not experience any of it. And yes, I followed the instructions and spoke to Lana. However, I still went without WIFI. I also forgot to mention the dirty refrigerator."

"What an absolute dump! I reserved 2 nights and they only gave me a refund for 1. Was in there for maybe an hour. When we asked in, there was BLOOD on the bed sheet and lamp shade! Floors were sticky and the room reeked of bleach that would not come out even with the window wide open. The fridge was leaking what looked like rust all over the floor. I'm not picky by any means about hotels, I always chose the cheapest option but this place was unbelievable. The health department needs to shut this place down."

"Price was way too high for such a terribly kept hotel. We had either dirt or mold on our ceiling. Bathroom paint was peeling with cracks in the walls. Our rooms door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Just expected a little more effort for $130+ a night. Should be charging closer to $50 a night, the way this place looked. Do not recommend, and will not return."
