"Pros: - Allows cats! - Very lovely area, pretty laid back - Close to Skagit Valley College - Walking distance from the Skagit Station - Free water AND heat - 24 hr surveillance - Quirky and full of character, really easy to call home - Never been bothered by neighbor noise or disturbance Cons: - The trains (only for the first week) - Dominos is the only pizza place that delivers this far south... All in all, I love it here. It's affordable, adorable, and conveniently placed right in the central hub of downtown Mount Vernon!"

"Downtown Mt Vernon is completely charming and this apartment building is right in the heart of it. The building is secure, which makes me feel so much better about my daughter living there. The hardwood floors and vintage architecture only add to the historic experience. The community is welcoming and everything is within walking distance.
