"Extremely rude and likely agist group of young, unprofessional salespeople who are clearly disinterested in assisting unless you are gullible and putting a lot of money down for additional products and services to boost their commissions. I walked in yesterday and was neither greeted nor told how long I would wait. I made eye contact with each of the sales people and not a one of them would look at me or tell me they would be with me in a few minutes, etc. Nothing. I called corporate after this horrific experience and was put on hold for 10 minutes, then hung up on when I waged a complaint about the store and repeated lies about refunds for newly raised rates, so there will be further escalations to report the store and Verizon's awful, inconsiderate agents. Stay clear of these worthless typical Verizon people at the Sequim store, and this overpriced carrier now offering mediocre performance and substandard CS. I'm happy to leave this company after 33 years and stop overpaying for my cell service, especially after being treated like trash both on the phone and in person at this horrific store."

"Rachel was on solo this evening. She got at least 3 or 4 challenging issues (and patient) customer questions in the last 45 minutes of the store’s hours. Rachel was so adept that she managed 3 or 4 customers & our phone issues by multitasking! As customers, we all politely waited & took turns. I can’t imagine better customer service for different smartphone companies — all in 45 minutes! I will NOT switch from Verizon to any other service with staff like Rachel!"
