"Went to the walk in clinic (run by OMC) with flu like symptoms. Billed $635 for a covid and flu test! How much in government funding did they receive during the pandemic? I know OMC is a disaster but seriously; how does management sleep at night?"
"They were kind enough to squeeze us in at the end of the day on a Friday. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were great with our son and even gave him this stuffy and quilt!"
"After waiting an hour and a half, the nurse asked me what was wrong. I told her that is why I was there, to find out. She said she didn’t want to waste time with the doctor. Bye bye"
"Right off the bat, the receptionist with the clearish white glasses( I think her tag said Danielle ) is EXTRAORDINARILY RUDE!! If you HATE working with the public, like it's beneath you, GO FIND ANOTHER JOB. Rude to everyone.. kids, elderly, the homeless who are coming in seeking drugs.. The way she spoke to an elderly woman on her side of the reception desk is horrendous. Is it truly that hard for her to be kind and courteous? Maybe she needs to go back and retake a common sense course on how to be courteous, kind and empathetic. I will also be contacting higher ups."
"I've had to go to Urgent Care a few times within this year. Each time I've gone, I have been treated respectfully, and seen quickly. I have a Service Dog "in training" with me and they haven't given me any flack about it; which is great. Because in some places they have. I would say however, that a couple of doctors I have seen, haven't been the best. But, for the most part it's been a pretty good experience."
