"I've never struggled so much just to get a PCP or even just get a check-up. Once you see the doctor's they and their care teams are wonderful! Truly kind and intelligent folks. But everything other than the medical professionals themselves is tedious, frustrating and rude. And after 2 years of using them its only gotten worse. My family is desperately trying to find a different medical center to use but they have the monopoly around here. I truly wish my family had other options, or it wasn't so hard to get help from the folks that actually care."
