Learning Avenues Child Care

Learning Avenues Child Care is a non-profit agency located in Vancouver, Washington, offering preschool, before & after school care, daycare, and child care services. Our program is designed to provide caring and developmental childcare to families at a cost based on their ability to pay. Our dedicated staff believes that children learn best through play, and we offer a safe and healthy environment for children to learn and grow.

At Learning Avenues, we focus on helping children develop personal self-control, independence, and the ability to make choices. We incorporate new experiences into our curriculum to promote creativity, awareness of the environment, arts, and cultures. Our specially selected activities aim to develop social, emotional, physical, and intellectual skills in children.

We provide a positive learning environment with warm and caring staff who support children's natural love of learning. Our program offers a variety of activities to help children develop responsibility, build self-esteem, and enjoy their time in our care. We are available for before and after school care during the school year, as well as full-time care during school breaks and the summer.

Our primary goal is to enhance, support, and strengthen a child's self-esteem while providing a safe and healthy environment that promotes a sense of security. We believe that every child is unique and we strive to meet their individual needs through a variety of activities that cater to different learning styles.

We have multiple locations in Vancouver, including our main site and office, Harney Elementary Site, Marshall Elementary Site, and Martin Luther King Elementary School (transported to Marshall Elementary Site).
