"I have been a loyal customer of this store for several years, purchasing toys for every holiday. However, I am extremely disappointed with their customer service. The store's operating hours listed on Google turned out to be inaccurate, as they closed an hour earlier than stated. Unfortunately, I arrived just 3 minutes after their closing time and was unable to purchase the toy I wanted for my child. This experience left a negative impression on me, as it is heartbreaking to disappoint a child who has been eagerly anticipating a toy. It is important for businesses to understand that such incidents can easily result in the loss of a customer's loyalty. Also they have a higher prices than other similar stores. I thought it nice to support a local business. I do think that anymore for Kazoodles store."

"Love love LOVE coming here! I cannot recommend this store enough, even to "big kids". They have a huge variety of products, for all age ranges and capabilities. The staff have all been kind, and they genuinely want to help you with what you're looking for. I personally come in for puzzles and fidget toys, and have had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone should come here at least once!"

"Skip the big chain toy stores and visit Kazoodles. They will have something unique and different that you’ve never heard of. My 5 year old grandson is far above his age cognitively and is just not stimulated with typical toys geared towards his age. Kazoodles has some amazing learning experience gifts that challenge those little minds and hands. If you need a game of any kind, they have Everything! Yes you can probably save a couple of dollars online. But if you’re into supporting a local small business this is the one! They recently expanded into the adjacent storefront and are twice as big. The customer service is stellar, they gift wrap, and holiday shopping here was a pleasant experience not an uncomfortable chore. Avoid the big short staffed stores who’ve lost so much money due to theft they have 2 cashiers for the whole busy place at Christmas! Try Kazoodles instead!"

"Best Toy store ever in this town. My youngest daughter is turning 3 years old soon. So My husband and I try to get her birthday presents in Kazoodles. Crews are amazing sweet and kind. They really care about customers needs. Stores are clean and organized. They did extension of space. Very cool and nice. And they helped me use a couple too. How sweet! Of course we will be back.!"

"My boy toddlers love the store! Such a gem, mama papa store for toys galore. As a teacher, I love all the Montessori toys. It’s rare to find a good interactive toy store since everything is online. Something special about this place, the employees are so fun and personable. And one helped me open the door for my stroller and also helped bring our toys to my car! Exceptional. They have events, and I hope they do more! Keep it up."
