"Really Disappointed in the service tonight. The manager lady was very snappy when we came in and asked for a table for two, and didn’t say hello or welcome, or the hostess will be here soon to help. But instead say very rudely I’m just here to watch the food since people keep stealing it! That should have been our first hint on leaving. We then got our order made wrong twice, and then the staff made us feel like we were at fault, when we just ordered an item on the menu? You should never take your stress out on others and especially on your customers it gives off real passive aggressive vibes and makes it super uncomfortable. We won’t be back again! The staff and management need to be retrained on customer service and also the menu and how to write down customers orders? I have already sent out our experience to Red Robin so don’t bother asking me to email them to hear about our experience."

"Disgusting!!! This location needs a major overhaul. The place was filthy, every surface was sticky. There was an ant infestation behind our booth. I ordered a cobb salad, and not only was my avocado completely brown, but it came with a piece of a receipt. NEVER will return."

"This place serves good food, and the staff service is well-trained. The seated dining area is plenty to choose the right seat."

"We have ordered curbside twice in the last month the first time they put all the wrong items and we paid extra for the right ones and it’s directly on the receipt. Easy to read reported it took guest services got a gift card decided to try again. Order it again and my daughter has a dairy allergy not lactose in color and she’s allergic to dairy milk proteins. I put all of this on the order it was listed on the receipt and her Burger was covered in cheese. That’s one thing to be frustrated about getting the wrong item but it’s another thing to mess with someone’s allergies. She would’ve been severely sick. She’s very young. Obviously we didn’t let her eat it but I couldn’t imagine someone with a deadly allergy. it’s just unacceptable dislocation obviously needs training on how to read and order receipt. Very disappointed."
