"Hands down best daycare I have ever been to. Tanya and Janine made me and my son feel so welcome and have shown nothing but compassion and heart towards us. My son smiles everytime we pull into the parking lot and sees his baby friends and favorite teachers.. The teachers in his toddler class are outstanding! Super hands on in helping kids learn and have fun! I work for a hospital and am not always able to sit and teach as much as I would love to and My son has grown into such a smart little man with the help of this daycare and the compassionate caring staff! They send me pictures of my baby mans doing big things! Send notifications to my app of his progress through the day! And the best memory that brought me to tears was on Halloween I was unaware of there being a party and hadn’t brought a costume and they dressed my son up as the cutest little pumpkin ever to go trick or treating around the classrooms and I just cried with such joy seeing my little man’s face having so much fun! These ladies have so much heart not only for all the kids but for the families struggling in their own personal life and they make things happen for families like me! I wouldn’t trust any other facility to take care of my son! The heart that these ladies put into their jobs show that this is a passion and not just a job and my heart and mind is at ease leaving my baby man’s in good hands!"
"Great facility!!! This daycare has the best, very impressed with admin staff, teachers, and curriculum at ChidsPlay Learning Center.Everyone is friendly and helpful and great communication is much appreciated. This daycare has the best, most caring, and loving teachers. If you are looking for quality daycare where kids are encouraged to learn and grow, you couldn't ask for better than ChildsPlay Learning Center! P.S People who wrote a bad review probably were fired from this amazing center because didn't follow the policies and some rules and was not hardworker."
"I had to pull my son out of this center last year. DON’T SEND YOUR KIDS HERE. Unless you want them traumatized. Here’s just some of the things I had to go through. And my son was here for I believe over a year or so. In the last couple weeks of his time there he was coming home in random diapers because “he had none left” after sending him with a huge bag of them less than a week. I had to point out the bag for the teachers and the assistant director who were very rude and aggressive every time I had to talk to them. After I pointed out he had diapers still, not even a week went by they told me he had run out of both wipes and diapers. They went through a full bag of wipes and a full big bag of diaper in less than a week?? No. Not possible, then she had the nerve to tell me I wouldn’t know how much he goes through. As if he isn’t my son and is with me every day he’s not in the center. I’d also like to add I’ve worked at daycare centers before, and not once had I ever gone through an entire new bag of wipes in less than a week. And to be exact I have them the wipes on a Wednesday, and she told me I was out Monday morning. And he doesn’t use them on the weekend. So your telling me he ran out within 3 days. They also at one point left my son in a dirty diaper until I came to get him. He was sobbing and saying he hurt and that he needed to potty. The teacher laughed at him in front of me so when I walked over to him and stood him up, he couldn’t even walk. And I could smell how dirty he was. So I told her he was poopy and we went to the bathroom. That’s where I discovered he was bloody and had a terrible rash from not being changed. I had to move her aside so I could change him myself because she was bad at it and with every touch he screamed. This wasn’t the first and also wasn’t the last time I went to pick him up and he was very poopy or had a very full diaper. I had to contact CPS for this because even the old director didn’t take me seriously. The teachers are all there for a check and you can tell. They don’t care about the children there, and the staff is honestly so rude. They would make snarky remarks and be aggressive when speaking with you. I also wanted to say that they don’t ID check when someone other than the parent picks up the child. I had my mom pick up my son for the first time, and when she went to get him, they didn’t ask for her ID or anything. She went in, asked which room he was in, and got him. I don’t know if they’ve gotten better, but that is completely unsafe. Not to mention my son would always come home with new scratches or bruises that would have zero explanation. One time he came home to be with a huge bulge on his forehead and when I asked about it, they told me he fell while using the bathroom and his the toilet. I don’t believe that for a second. I will never recommend letting your children anywhere near there. The craziest part is I’ve gotten in touch with previous employees who worked here and parents whose children used to go here and they all warn to never send your child there. They should honestly be shut down, and the more I connect with people in our community the more horrified I am that I ever allowed my child to go here. My son is honestly traumatized from everything he went through, he has a hard time using the bathroom now, he has a hard time making friends with other kids his age, and he also has a hard time connecting with his teachers. Since pulling him from this daycare and putting him in a new one I’ve seen such a tremendous change in his personality, and his ability to do things. He no longer has a “behavioral problem” that they always went on about. It’s taken us so long to recover and cope with the things that happened to him while going here. I wanted to write this review now after all this time to warn other parents. Because no parent or child should ever have to go through this like we had to. The best decision I ever made was pulling my son from here, don’t make the same mistake I did."
"the teachers are amazing but the lack of structure from the director and owner will be the reason this building has the highest turn over rate I’ve ever seen with both kids and staff. My daughter had hand foot mouth and a fever and instead of being sent home her teacher was told not to tell me because I was an employee and they didn’t want me going home early. And then the entire center got hand foot mouth shortly after with still no prevention measures taken. They don’t take health or safety concerns serious at all. They mix age groups against wac codes - again a huge safety concern. As a parent and employee both I honestly dont recommend. Mind you I got in trouble for calling out with hand foot mouth as well as my daughter having it, and the whole building was made aware or the animosity they had towards me for being absent with a dr note. Unprofessional is an understatement. The director and owner both aren’t even qualified to run a center and it shows. See for yourself. So much neglect going on it’s sickening. Any one who attempts to protect the kids or staff gets turned on or as the owner says “now I have a target on their back” Good luck to your kids and mental health if you come here"
"In my personal experience, I've loved the teachers here. Miss Cali, Miss Jade, Miss Tanya have all been amazing with my son (3) and I. It has started to feel like family here. My own little mom community. I love this daycare for my son and would recommend to any parent."
