Hyatt Regency Lake Washington At Seattle's Southport

"I recently called down to inquire about their facilities. The pool and hot tub being open to non room guests, and the temperature of the pool. I spoke with Harlem and she went above and beyond to answer every question. She was extremely helpful and actually had the patience to listen to my entire question before giving me an honest and detailed answer. She even made sure to explain in detail what purchasing a day pass will provide for myself and my 2 young daughters. We live locally and finding an indoor pool that is actually WARM enough to swim in can be challenging. But Harlem was able to tell me with confidence and 1st hand experience that the pool is in fact heated to 83° no matter the outside temperature. Harlem's professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. More often than not, nowadays when you call a business for information the individual on the other end just wants off the phone so they can get back to their FB or Instagram or whatever else is important to them instead of the potential customer on the other end of the phone....Harlem was NOT at all bothered by any of my questions or my general concerns. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH Harlem. My daughter's and I look forward to the pool and hot tub by use of the day pass."

"It's not a resort but has resort amenities being walkable to nearby lake beach, tennis court, volleyball court, playground, restaurants. Most notably the waterfront property gives you magnificent views. It's one of the few Hyatt hotels with the club lounge, and it does not disappoint. High tech parking and elevator with modern rooms give an overall feel of luxury and elegance. February is too cold for many of the outdoor activities but I am sure it will be a fun filled destination in warmer weather."

"I just love this Hyatt. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The club is really worth the value and always has great breakfast and snacks. We loved our room with a lake view. The park right next to the hotel helped us keep our toddler entertained."

"This is admittedly a very nice hotel. Our room was perfect. That being said, we stayed during the off season and the price was outrageous for what we received. The taxes and fees weren't clearly stated when I booked on the phone. If your company is paying, stay here! But if you're personally looking for a getaway or staycation for a night, like we were, you can stay at other awesome hotels for nearly 50% of the price. Some little things: the pool was great (the women's steam room was broken, so I can't speak to that), there weren't slippers and robes in the room but you can request them from the front desk, and the staff who checked us in were helpful but not particularly friendly. I wouldn't splurge to stay here again, unfortunately."

"My husband and I stayed for our baby moon, anniversary and Christmas holiday celebration. This was my first time brining my dog Moo Moo to cross the US boarder and staying at the hotel. The guest services team provided outstanding experience from recommending dock and drink which is not only is dog friendly restaurant but has delicious food! Although I didn't have time for a pregnancy massage, but was nice to know they have this option as not all spas have this service. Service and food were also great at Market. I also enjoyed going to the gym and hot tub. I would definitely try the wellness class next time too. Glad that I chose Hyatt Regency Lake Washington fort his special occasion! Definitely recommended for any celebration and leisure stays."
