"I purchased an Embody chair from Pacific WRO almost a decade ago and they have always been responsive, and professional anytime I needed a part replaced under the warranty of the chair. In the decade of ownership they were nice enough to send a technician to my house with replacement parts to fix any and all issues at no cost to me. It's really refreshing to see companies keeping their promise instead of finding ways to avoid taking care of the customer. Tim the tech/repair guy is awesome, he came out to replace a broken part and noticed that another part of my chair needed replacement for my safety, he fixed the initial problem AND referred a follow up appointment to fix the other part. I wont hesitate to purchase my next chair from Pacific WRO. Thanks again TIM!!!"

The product was priced much lower than anything I'd seen online. Matt showed me the main chairs I was interested in, and I was able to fully test them as he went through all the features with me.
