Regal Martin Village

"I just went to this theater for the first time. I will never be returning to this or any Regal theater. I'll explain why in just a bit, but first the positive stuff: The theater itself is modern and clean. Audio and visual set up is what I expect from any modern movie theater, so no complaints there. Purchasing tickets for the movie was fast and easy online. Now to my complaint, and the reason I'll never again return to a Regal theater: I purchased tickets for a 6:30pm showing of Dune: Part 2. My party arrived at 6:20pm. We purchased popcorn and went straight to our auditorium. We then sat thru ads—not movie trailers, actual $@#% commercials for stupid-$@#% products and services—until 6:45pm! At 6:45, the lights dimmed and we finally got to the movie trailers. The movie—the one my tickets said started at 6:30pm—didn't start until 7pm. Never. Again. May Regal's blade chip and shatter."

"Need to give some criticism on your companies or theaters website. It has issues.... I'm looking between your theater and your competitor near the mall. Cinemark's theater website let's me see the price, times, and how crowded the theater is rather quickly. A few button presses in and I have my info. Regal's website doesn't do that without a hassle, and in some cases, fails entirely. I am hit with two to three attempts to 'log in' before I can even see what the times are for a movie, or even the price for a ticket. As for how full a theater is or where seats are already reserved, one apparently can't do that until you have confirmed or purchased a ticket. This is the web design junk that places barriers to the user to get the information the need to make decisions on their purchase. Frankly, I won't do business with people like that. You may say your website is "innovative and modern" but it's just trying to trap people into buying an overpriced ticket for a theater which may be, or may not be overcrowded. Consumers want information not to be railroaded in by marketing tricks to an unpredictable experience. No sale....."

"Good parking, clean, big screens, good food. I hadn't gotten a confirmation email from regal for my tickets literally 4 days after I bought them, but the staff there were helpful and quickly, politely, found my tickets in the system and made sure I was taken care of. Couldn't ask for anything more in a theater."

"Went to see the creator hood movie. Only two others in with us. Wish it had seats like the Olympia one at the mall but oh well."

"What a great spot to catch a movie! The customer service was GREAT! It was very clean and comfortable. Wanted to highlight the wheelchair accessibility both going into the theater and from the theater into our seats. A member of our party utilizes a wheelchair and it was easy for them to get to their seat."
