"UPDATE: After seeing this review, Rich's promptly (a month or so later) replaced her stove and it seems to be working correctly now. My mom has had issues with her installed stove since 2019! They keep sending someone out, after waiting weeks, and they blame something else every time. It's one problem to another, blaming the tech, not taking care of the issue at all! Still an issue in 2024!!! She has to use space heaters in that room! And one of the last "fixes" she smelled gas after! She's 75! Do not have them install your stove."

"I went to the Bremerton store yesterday looking for a woodstove. I had a misunderstanding that between the manager, and I, left me not understanding what was really for sale. It was more my fault for not asking follow on questions and I left the store. I posted a review on Google saying I was Confused about their sale. The store manager, regional manager and owner reached out to me to make it right. They went above and beyond and to tell you the truth customer service like that just doesn’t Exist anymore.
