"BNH is: "Just O.K.".... The three stars reflect the contact and pick up experience. Each time the pick up process has been curt, cold, aloof, confusion locating items and at least on one particular occasion the pick up time was off by 1 hour backup! Each time the "team" which there were at least 3-4 "team members" stood around with clip boards discussing/chit chat detailed business and personal matters which should have been set aside. How about helping the customers? Makes you wonder... Total Drag...Plenty of Estate Auctioneers to choose from...moving on..."

They have created a great shopping experience with unique and good items that are constantly changing out.
