"I have been a customer for at least 13 years. I even have payments set up on auto pay to afford their late fees. Every month I get a call that I am late and can I please make a payment asap. I "remind" them every month that it is supposed to be on auto pay. I usually still get dinged the late fee but whatever. Well now they are calling me and my family, this is some crap. I like that I can get what I need on payments, but their customer and record keeping skills need major help! Most of them are very courteous and understanding especially Raul. Ugh, I don’t get it! I have paid off many things, refrigerator, couches, washer/dryer, etc. etc. You'd think I have proven myself to them by now. Ok, rant over. They are great if you need something asap, but pay it off in the 90 day grace period you will avoid paying lots of interest as well as dealing with the rude calls."
