"I bought flooring at their new "liquidation outlet" It was left from one of their previous jobs. They charged me $4.18 per square foot, they said retail price is $5.18. I went to Mcrorie's and they charged $1.00 a sq. ft. for the exact same flooring. I needed more so I called Comfy Floors in Fife and They charged me $3.69 per sq. ft. Mcrorie's charges $3.00 per sq. ft. to install and Strait charges $4.00 to install. Strait Flooring also double charged my credit card for the remnants I bought from them. It has been over a month and SO much hassle but I still do not have my money refunded. I will NEVER do business with Strait Flooring again. They deleted my review from Google so I'm trying other avenues to get the word out."
