"Steve Kennedy was supposed to install a carpet for me today. When he discovered I wanted a double pad, he flew into a rage and started cussing out both me and my builder. He threw all of his stuff in his van, told the builder to make sure he got his money, and drove away after calling me names. I have never seen anything like this before, and would strongly advise against using him for any job at any time. (I would put zero stars if that were possible.)"
