"Their sudden going out of business is such an unjustified and unfair waste. Go there while you still can (til the end of March); you won't be disappointed. Staff are lovely, and items are high quality. With their current discounts, its a great place to find home decor items, big and small. Feels kinda like stumbling upon a goldmine of a yardsale. I really hope this business finds its footing somewhere new."

"Such a cute shop with great items to peruse and splurge on, plus lots of practical stuff to buy. The best part was my friends bought beanie has with "fur" on them and I'm vegan so naturally asked if they were real fur and the owner said, vehemently, "NO!" I would NEVER!" She went on to explain that she won't even sell fur on consignment. KUDOS! A place you'll enjoy shopping and spending your money at because it is a store with a conscience. So awesome!!!!!"

"I wandered in when I noticed they had some sloth dolls through a peek into one of the windows and was so glad I came in. The friendliest staff! We had someone do a little demonstration on the gurgle pitcher and they even gave us some local recommendations for the area as we were from out of state - and the proper pronunciation of the bakery next door. (Sluy's is pronounced like Slys, as it was named after the family that runs it) Many options for toys, jewelry, hats, clothes and souvenirs."

"We dashed into Bad Blanche's last Friday night, it was about 6 minutes past closing, but, the sign still said open. Loyde was at the counter and kindly let us shop as he said other shoppers were still inside. I was looking for a bag and earrings. Loyed was so helpful. He knows his stock better than anyone I had come across in a very long time. He was not pushy and showed me all the features of items I was interested in as well as suggesting a few items that were similar. In the end I bought a great crossbody bag and two jewelry bags! My friend bought a few things and was also very happy with our shopping time. If you are the owner and reading this, Loyde deserves a raise! He is wonderful! We will be back and telling our friends to stop in! PS the cute Halloween decorations in the window drew us in to begin with!"
