"The library and café are a beautiful and wonderful place and the service is good"

"Went into the store, excited to buy a particular book. The store employee told me the book was not in stock and was out of print. Did not tell me it was available to purchase through thier website. On the way out, I needed to use the restroom, which is kept locked. A female employee told me the restroom was for customers only. She was not polite at all. Very rude. After I explained to her that I am a customer, she argued with me briefly, then walked to the bathroom and positioned herself between me and the keypad so I could not see the code. I used the restroom and left. My husband also had to use the bathroom and was promptly given the code for the bathroom. It may have been a racial thing as my husband is a white man and I am a black woman."

"I love that this B&N is conveniently located next to a vine spot. On the snow day, I had planned to take my daughter to the library, but it was closed and so we stopped here. It was open! We found some great deals on craft, learning, science kits and a Scientist Barbie that was on sale for only $5! They had really good deals here. Great place to find gifts."

"It is a rather nice location inside, a little unsuspecting outside other than the typical frontage that one sees for Barnes & Noble. The plaza it's in leaves a lot to be desired however don't let that dissuade you from going into the store. Clean, neat and tidy everything is easily found abeit the format has changed a great deal. cafe is really nice and warm with plenty of reading material nearby for easy purchase. Definitely will visit again, now that I have oriented where in the plaza space to find it. Plenty of parking too!"

"A large B&N that I didn't expect to find. It is tucked away behind the Subaru dealership. More than just books...they have a section for kid stuff in the back. A nice Cafe inside with plenty of tables. Staff were nice and helpful."
