"EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE ITS CLOSED EARLY!!! this is the FIFTH time out of the 7 times I've come to this store that it is closed before 8:30 when they claim they close at 9. The second time I went in there I went In for a charger for my dab pen, I didn't know which one I needed and neither did they apparently (they sell all kinds of chargers but have no idea what devices they go to when asked) and when I asked them if I could attach the charger to my device just to make sure it fit since they have a no return policy and she had no idea what she was doing, she refused to let me make sure the charger attached to my device. Every other smoke shop Ive been to plugs in the charger to my device to make sure it works and even plugs it in for me to make sure it works due to their own no return policies. Their costumer service Is nonexistent and they barely speak any English whatsoever. And after my 5th time getting there barely after 8:00 to find them closed, I officially feel like this business does not value it's customers time whatsoever, if you want to close your business at 8 ADVERTISE THAT YOU CLOSE AT 8. And if you don't want to let your customers verify your merchandise works for what they need then EDUCATE YOURSELF ON YOUR PRODUCTS. I looked up the charger and they STILL didn't have any clue what I was talking about. This Sumners only smoke shop but I won't be giving them my business EVER again. I'll go to Auburn or Puyallup."
