"This place has a large selection which is nice being in a smaller town. Their service is good. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is everything I have purchased here has broken fairly quickly. We purchased a glass piece here and the stem broke within a week. On that same day we purchased a different banger which was placed in the bag underneath the glass piece. when we got home and unpacked the bag, the banger was broken. We took the loss because of the passive aggressive “no returns” signs so we didn’t want to waste our time trying. We came back and purchased another piece of glass about 3 weeks ago and the bowl is already broken. I purchased a YoCan about 5 days ago and it is defective. I was not given a warranty card either so I can’t file a claim. And no, we are not rough or careless with our glass. Basically what I’m saying is you definitely get what you pay for here. Good prices but lacking in quality. We will still purchase other things here like papers and lighters but will no longer be buying vapes or glass."

"No return policy. The customer service is good, the same girl at the counter both times and she knowable about the product in her store. The prices do seem to be fair as well. I gave 3 stars, because I purchased a vape from here about two weeks ago and (using the charging cable provided)I charged the vape over night and the battery expanded beyond usage. I took it back and it was all for nothing since there's no returns or exchanges for vapes. I'll take the lose, but I know jus not to purchase any more vapes from here."
