"I went in around 1:30 today and the guy that helped me and my boyfriend was so rude. I was trying to explain to him I’m lowering my nicotine percentage and wanted something in between what was too low for me and something that was too high. After that he seemed irritated and trying to rush us out of there. And honestly I wanted out of there too so I just took whatever and the vape juice is fine, it’s his attitude that isn’t. Will never go back to this location if I’m near!"

"Wow! The staff is very friendly, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't familiar with any of the juice brands that they sell, but the employees got me set up with some great ones. On a recommendation, I bought one that I was rather skeptical about, but it is amazing! And their prices are great as well."

"Promises Not Kept. I went in to buy a liquid that I had bought there before. The girl placed it on the counter and that was the correct product, but then she switched it. When I asked why the switch I was assured it was the same. They even promised to make it right if it wasn't. Well it wasn't, and their policy is no returns, no refunds, and no exchange. I was promised they would make it right if it wasn't the same, but that was only to get me to buy the junk they sold me. They do not stand by their word. High risk to buy from this store full of people worse than a used car salesman."

"Entered store and was greeted by a store employee named Jenna. She asked what we needed. I told her what I would like to purchase. Needed a new coil but I wanted a lower rated coil and Jenna said that all they had was 1 kind. I asked her if it was lower than what I was using and she stated yes it is lower than what I had been using. I was using a 3 ohm and she was selling me a 6 ohm. So I bought the coils. An then asked about some vape juice. This is where it seemed like the attitude of the employee changed and went from being stand-offish to being irritated with either me or my wife for asking question about flavors or just irritated with her job. Either way we did ask a few questions, when you are paying close to 30 dollars for a 100 ml of fluid you kinda want to make sure it is what you want since you can not return it. I seen a flavor that I wanted and I bought it. Then she went to the cash register and rang us up. They were doing a raffle for a TV and every 30 spent got you a ticket. My total was 51 or 52 dollars so we got 1 ticket. I was going to buy something else to get the price above 60 so I could get 2 tickets but I really was getting put off by the sales persons attitude toward me and toward my wife. So we hurried up and left. On the way out I had to get some photos so that everyone could see where the new store was and what it looked like. I do not think I will be going to this store again. The products they sell are excellent, Jenna not so much."
