"My experience at this store was disappointing. The salesgirl, an Asian with black hair, initially tried to sell me an opened George Armani lipstick. After catching that, she replaced it with another one and insisted I pick it up myself. During this, she began speaking negatively about me to her colleague. Moreover, my order was dropped multiple times on the floor, and when I expressed concern, she claimed that even if she broke it, it would still be a final sale. Not a pleasant shopping experience overall."

"Super rude customer service, drove 3 hrs to get to the store to experience racism. Honestly the disrespect is not worth the products. I don’t need this kind of bad energy in my life. Contacted the customer service to complain about the employee (CAITLIN) and no one replied."

"I was recently at this store and the sales associate was extremely rude to me (a person of colour) and actively ignored me whilst excitedly greeting white people who came in right after. I was in shock when I saw her treat other Asian patrons that came right after horribly as well. As I was checking out she was outright rude to me. This is just an example of a micro aggression that should not be tolerated. The racist sales associates name was Caitlin. I will never be coming back."

"Drove up from Auburn and the woman working was so kind! She helped me figure out what was best to get at the time there. The deals are significantly better than other retailers (even the other discount beauty store there). Super helpful kind and worth the effort! I will be back."
