"I had scheduled an appointment for braids with a stylist named Octavia and she canceled less than two hours before our scheduled time. I attempted to work with the braider despite her rescheduling my 11 am appointment to 5 pm, but she ended up cancelling on me on the same day.The braider has policies regarding customer cancellations and lateness, but she could not follow them herself."

"I had been trying since 04/25/22 to get an appointment to retouch my relaxer and colors. I never got a response back. My last message was sent 05/02/22. To this day I have not heard back from her. And I really liked my hairstylist, just bummed that now with an upcoming trip to California I was left to find someone in LA during my trip there with a hairstylist I know out there who agreed to see me, but I also had to find a hairstylist for after I come back for an appointment at the end of August. It’s the worse feeling believing I nearly had no one to do my hair because absolutely no one in Longview, WA can do my hair or they are not skilled in doing black hair. It’s the one thing I regret leaving California because I never had this problem. I hope everything is fine with her. And if I did anything to her I am truly sorry."
