"I had the most incredible, wonderful, lovely experience with Fana. She is truly a glowing human--body and soul--and I think she's a skin wizard. :) I had only had one facial previously, which was a bit stressful to be honest--I felt like I couldn't say what I wanted or needed, the technician felt a bit out of patience with my nervousness. Fana, on the other hand, put me perfectly at ease, explained everything she was going to do, and was so gentle and kind to my skin. When she said "you're going to love your results" I thought "hah, results? there are results from a facial? I don't think so."
