"My only complaint about any store is if you want me to bag my own groceries make room so I can do just that. Having to struggle with the bag stand and trying to bag your own groceries can be challenging since most of the bags that I have are larger."
"The Sumner location is always well stocked, clean, and organized! I wish their seasonal and commodity sections were bigger but then again they're mainly a grocer. Speaking of: I've never had issues with "Sell By" or "Expiration Dates" or with any of their produce or perishables. The only fuss I have is that their night crew/stockers are not friendly at all and come off cold but considering they're working swing or grave and the fact half of them probably have headphones in, I'll cut them some slack! Plus I can be loud and obnoxious and probably annoy people, so there's that. But overall I give it 4.5 out of 5 and since I can't put 4.5, I gave them a 5 cuz they're closer to a 5 than 4! Oh yeah one other thing is that the bathrooms are usually always clean and operational but right now (1-29-24) they only have one working stall out of three and then the two urinals! I have Crohns Disease so it matters lol"
"If you have never been here, prepare for a great surprise. Low prices. Incredibly prices and a large selection. Meats that are beautiful, fresh and reasonably priced. Produce quantity that's outstanding. Great variety...and also fresh. From liquor to household odds and ends to typical paper products... They carry it all. A no frills store that makes shoppers feel warmly welcomed simply by consistently and regularly under cutting the competition prices and product quality. Love this place."
"My boyfriend and I were buying a turkey and peanut oil, just two things, it’s only Sunday evening. So naturally we tried to use the self checkout and were very aggressively shouted at by the employee running the self-checkout area that we couldn’t ring up our own turkey as if we were doing something that we shouldn’t, which was rather embarrassing and tactless on her part. I understand that the holidays are awful for retail workers and she’s probably sick and tired of saying the same thing over and over and there’s still 4 days to go until Thanksgiving but shouting from a distance was absolutely unnecessary. At the very least, maybe there should be a sign or something to give customers a heads up to avoid this situation and help with the burn-out of their own employees."
"This lady disgust me I can not believe someone so rude works in customer service she literally ripped my card out of my hand and canceled my transaction because she said I could not get cash back. Then I tried to take a picture of her to post and she grabbed my phone to cover up the camera. She should be cleaning toilets, not working in customer service. I’ll add to my comment later. I’m going to get a front face picture to add to it."
