"So disappointed. I booked an appt online, days in advance, for ear piercing for my kid. We walked by the kiosk/stand about 15 mins ahead of our appointment, everything was on (computers, register, lights in display case), the jewelry was locked away. It looked like the employee went on a lunch break. We came back around 5 mins before our scheduled time, stood there and waited. No one showed up. If they aren’t going to honor the appointments that are scheduled through their website, then it shouldn’t be an option. It was a waste of time and a disappointment. DO NOT go to this place."
