"Great place and amazing people just be aware of your surroundings here because a lot of homeless people who rome here waiting literally for customers to leave the store by the entrance or the can machines. Some are on drugs, and some are aggressive when denied money. Again, great store! Just be careful when shopping."
"This location is my go to Winco. The prices are great and employees are helpful. I'm not crazy about u-scans separated into "card only" and "cash and card" lines. I liked it better before when all the u-scans had both options at each station. That made more sense. Now it creates a back-up and confusion a lot of the times."
"I LOVE Winco, because the employees are so kind and helpful, great prices, clean store, all the right things. But the other day I had an issue with an employee who was rude, lazy and downright disrespectful. Their name is Cody and they work in the deli. Can't miss this person, they have a beard bra on (weird looking things). I've been wanting to try the fish sandwich, but they never have the filets, so at my last visit I was excited to see a whole pan of them ready to go! I started by asking how they dressed them, which was the wrong question because he gave me a blank stare and said, "they're fried". I apologized and said, I meant what do you put on the sandwiches, tartar sauce, mayo, etc? He just looked around like I was crazy and said they have mayo packets, but luckily the older gentleman also behind the counter held up the tartar sauce container and said "we put this on it." I replied with "perfect, I'll take 2 sandwiches please." Cody then grabbed 2 filets, threw them in a bag, and went to weigh them. I said, no, I want the sandwiches, and he said we don't have them, just the filets. What? I said, "you don't have buns for them?", and he said "we didn't make sandwiches, just the filets", and took the bag and tossed it back into the deli display. I pointed out they have the sign right here for fish filet sandwiches, and all he had to do was put them on bread and squeeze on some tartar sauce. So he belligerently said "well then I'll take the sign down" and walked out to the aisle. I said, your the deli, how can you not make it when the fish is right here, and he just turned away and said we don't have them. Then he said, very loudly, "I can't take this right now, I'm going on a ten" and threw his white coat on the counter, slammed the door open and stormed off. This person, Cody, is at work. It's his job. He's literally paid to work in the deli and serve Winco customers. Again, it's his job. I didn't ask for beef wellington, I wanted him to put 2 pieces of fish on bread, squeeze on tartar sauce and throw them in a bag. You know, his JOB. I was really disgusted being treated that way and the nasty attitude just made it worse. And don't tell me you don't have buns, WE'RE IN A GROCERY STORE. Just terrible that this is who they have working with customers. Awful. Zero stars."
"Good prices but management doesn't care to follow manufacturer's instructions on care for the food they are selling. One example, they sell "Reeser's Frozen Burritos" thawed, which makes them taste terrible (compared to other stores that do it right like Walmart). I complained to Reeser's about this and they were nice enough to apologize and send me coupons but Winco still can't seem to figure things out."
