"I made a walk in appointment and specifically asked for an artist that could do American traditional on my arm. The staff told me it wouldn’t be any problem and set me up with an appointment with their first available, artist, and told me she could do American traditional similar to the tattoos that I already have. The tattoo came out horribly and the style doesn’t even come close to matching any of my other tattoos. Very disappointed with this experience."
