7-Eleven

"Avoid this location. I just left here. (2:28 p.m. Thursday, February 1st) The folks at the one on Andresen are nicer with better customer service. I only went here because I needed a money order and the other location was out of paper. The woman made me pay for the money order in cash even though I verified that 7 Eleven does take debit for money orders. She had an attitude even though I was being polite to her and she didnt even offer me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and she acted like it was too much trouble so I just told her nevermind because her attitude was starting to throw my energy off. Her manager was speaking to some guy about something getting done to the store and I heard another customer having issues because something was ringing up at the wrong price and the manager basically said "I cant change the prices. It rings up what it rings up." Hmmmmm. So managers cant do any kind of overrides, adjustments, etc... Some of you people really shouldnt work customer facing jobs if you hate serving customers so much. Ill never go here again."

"This is a nasty establishment. People who hang around are dirty, trashy, drug ridden, loud mouthed and rude, and no class. Make your employees wear proper attire, professional clean clothes."

"It ain’t the best 7 eleven around here probably one of the worst ones. A lot of the employees act like you don’t exist and don’t do their job. Before I thought it was better if you came here in the morning if you had no other option but to come here to come in the morning but I realized that there is no good time to come here at all. I realize in the morning there’s always a lady with glasses that just seems to really dislike her job. Also there are employees here that have attitude towards customers for no reason. Maybe it’s about time to close down this seven eleven for a lot of reasons. Mainly because of all the drug addicted’s, homeless, gangs, and other disturbance that happens here lately. But sometimes late at night there are nice employees but not always. So if you have no other option but to come here I just wish you luck going into the store because it’s screwed up here."

"Great employees, except for one. There is an older woman who works the morning shifts mostly, who is extremely rude and a bit racist. Ruins my experience every time she is working. This morning I watched her tell someone "no able engles" even though she can clearly speak English with every other customer in the store. She's always rude to anyone that she is not friends with or are not regular customers of hers. Poor decision by management to keep her employed. I an almost certain you have lost business because of her."
