"Absolutely never has any cheese for the nachos they have for sale. They hardly even have toppings. I've heard the workers say that they don't like the hassle and they roll their eyes and tell you to "just throw your chips away" time and time again I have to come out empty handed with upset kids."

"I usually don’t have any issues when stopping during the day but when I stop late night around 1 or 2 in the morning the guy working there always tells me the same story my til is closed I can’t help you. Might as well close at night . Very rude by the way ! He has done this more than 3 times"
"I go to this station more than anyone in the metro area due to the proximity to work. The gas is affordable and the owner is friendly, but good lord there are some problems that need to be addressed. 1. The gas pumps - Multiple pumps are consistently broken. At any given time there is anywhere from 25% to 50% of the pumps out of order. Additionally, the pumps often work extremely slow due to whoever is maintaining the equipment not cleaning/changing the filters as needed. The lack of attention and maintenance makes me worry that this place would be an easy target for thieves to install card skimmers, as nobody seems to be paying any attention. 2. The place is dirty - It appears that nobody has pressure washed the pump area since their last remodel. The paper towels, sanitizer, wash fluid and windshield washer are consistently empty and missing. The inside of the store is cleaner, but has other issues. 3. Their found drink station is a mess. It consistently runs out of syrup and goes days/weeks without replacement. The ice machine consistently breaks. They are frequently out of the most popular size of cup (32 ounce), which coincidently is the only one on sale. When the employees are questions about the issues they will do nothing to address any concerns. I had to walk away from my drink sitting on the counter because they could not even be bothered to replace the straws that were missing. They won't substitute a different cup size when they frequently run out of the 32 ounce cup size that is on sale. Empower your employees to make customers happy."
"Always friendly service. However if you go here for coffee in the late night or early morning there will never be any. When they do have coffee available the coffee station is a mess and out of certain creamers or not stalked. Station is usually a mess. And I have been going here for at least 6 months and never have they had either of the whip cream dispensars available. Now let’s get to the cold bottled drinks. Will be out of my favorite 4 loco most days. Like they run out the same day as the delivery gets there. Sugar free Red Bulls seem to be out more than not. I can’t understand why if you run out of an item so quickly and aren’t able to offer it to your customers consistently than perhaps the person should order enough to last until the next shipment. It’s clear people are buying them if you are running out so quickly. I want to spend my money here but it’s becoming frustrating when you can’t rely on consistency. The person making these orders needs to be making sure your customers are taken care of. Bottom line is people want to spend their money here and it’s frustrating when more times than not I have to go to another store to get simple items that should be available. Running out every now and then is exceptable. But get a clue. Adjust your ordering. You don’t even need to do inventory to figure out that you need to increase the order. When you run out of a product the same day every single week obviously something needs to change. Maybe the person making the order needs some better training or care about their customers a bit more. As we are why you have a job. We don’t spend money you don’t make money. That simple. Please please speak with these people."
