"I had never been here before, and set a morning appointment. Life happens, and I needed to reschedule. They punished me with a 50% cancellation fee for not calling within 4 hours. Fair, but my appointment was at 10am and that is when they open, had no way of getting a hold of someone before my appointment the same day. I told that to the representative who seemed to take satisfaction of delivering the news of the penalty fee as he mentioned this fee multiple times. He rescheduled me, but I don't trust it because the price you pay for your haircut depends on the level/tier of barber. I have a feeling he signed me up for someone pricier than my original barber. I knew something bad would happen when my credit card was needed to just book the appointment. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone."

"I wandered in about 30 mins before they closed hoping for a miracle, I had a date later that night and was long over due for a cut. Thankfully one of the kind barbers ( I can’t remember her name, but she was tall and had blondish green hair & glasses) put back their things they had begun to pack up told me to sit in the chair asked me what I wanted done, was patient and took their time, did not rush me out the door and gave me the best cut I’ve gotten in years. 10/10 experience and will be a returning customer."

"This is my first time going back to Rudy's / Bishops since they were bought out. I stopped going to Rudy's because of bad haircuts and bad attitude about 13 years ago and I stopped going to bishops about 7 years ago because all the hair cuts I got had a certain look despite what I asked for. I needed a haircut while my wife and babies were at Randal's. I called and they had an appointment. The lady who cut my hair was awesome and I would go back to her but she is headed to Antarctica. The person at reception was great as well. I knocked off 1 point because it's got a confusing vibe like a hipster super cuts ."

"I got my haircut at this location with Jewels and her service was phenomenal. I've never had someone take the time to explain how to take better care of my hair/scalp with the level of detail and care that she did. She did an outstanding job on my haircut as well. I'm typically not very picky about my hair and don't usually get regular cuts with the same stylist, but I will definitely be going back to see Jewels! Great all-around service at this location, thank you!"

I've always been made to feel as though my comfort and happiness are a priority, which I really appreciate. It's tucked in a trendy little neighborhood, so be prepared to hunt for street parking and walk a few short blocks. If you're looking for a haircut, I love my girl Panda H. - she's super friendly, open-minded, communicates very well, and it's quite skilled to boot!"
