"Went on line to check wait time 34 minutes. Arrived 3 minutes later wait time now 45 minutes. Okay I can deal with that. 1hour and 30 minutes later I left. Without one worker asking me a thing. I was the only person in the waiting area. The staff decided to take breaks and flat ignored me. Yes I was checked in. I have to say this is my first 1 star to a business but they earned."

"Don't go here. If you go here, it will be busy and I will have to wait longer. I take myself and two boys here. It's a good atmosphere. You're not going here expecting precision barber work, nor a 120$ cut and style. You go here for a quality haircut at a good price. The little things are worth it; a light scalp massage, shampoo, and hot towel on your face. They also have a great app for scheduling ahead. So, when you're ready to leave the house, you can check in and have less wait time."
