"I visited today with my friends, where we all received the same services (nail and pedicure). However, I was charged approximately $5 to $8 more than my friend for the same services, which was confusing. Additionally, the experience was far from relaxing. The staff was overly rough with both my fingernails and toenails, causing discomfort. During the nail service, the skin around my nails was cut too aggressively, leading to swelling in my fingers by the evening. The salon wasn't particularly busy at the time, so I'm not sure if they were trying to rush through the services, but it was certainly a letdown."

"Hands down the best service I ever received!!! Mahalo to the 2 sweet ladies that did my full set & pedicure. The place was so clean and inviting. Everyone in there made you feel so welcome!"

"Not good Turns to most expensive pedicure available when asked what they have to offer I choose a less expensive option. As the service continued every toe I was hurt on finally said something and the the service became half done. Went in for an ingrown big toe and it to three tries before finally taken care of."

"UPDATE!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I went in today with the hopes of reviving this review to properly review it based off nails and eyebrows … Couple of things .. these people working here are RUDE ! Like words can’t describe how cold and unwelcoming they were to not only myself but my 7 year old. The next thing today was the first time I was ever cut while getting my nails done… and the quality of these nails … are honestly terrible my right thumb nail is slanted at the top all my nails are different lengths… I couldn’t leave out of there quick enough. I’ll never go back and will probably need to pay to get these fixed over at Lacey Nails … please avoid this place. I went here just now cause I needed to get my eyebrows done for a wedding I’m attending tomorrow… and I didn’t want to drive to my normal eye brow place… mistake. They took off more than half my eye brow and made them a straight line. And the tiny little mirror she gave me to look at my brows wasn’t nearly big enough to see how badly she ruined my eyebrows. So I can’t say if they’re good for nails but I can tell you to avoid for your eye brows and waxing needs. She also put something with a heavy fragrance and oil on my eyebrows and I have sensitive skin. She didn’t even ask before just putting it on my skin."
