"I'm not one to write reviews, but I feel compelled to based on what I witnessed today. I had an appt at 9:30 am when the salon opened. It was very busy and the staff was working hard to get everyone taken care of. A woman and her friends walk in demanding to be given a full acrylic set immediately and when she was told she'd have to wait she raised her voice and swore at the nail technicians and left cussing. I don't know what it is about the beauty industry that makes this behavior acceptable. The nail techs were all doing their very best and my service was perfect. Reading through some of the reviews below some people were offended because the nail techs are speaking Vietnamese. As a person who has a first language that is not English (Spanish), I can relate to the negativity and intolerance that comes from some English-only speakers. A little kindness and respect for others goes a long way. The folks at J Nails & Spa are people providing a service and they deserve respect and kindness just like anyone else. I know I will be returning as my service was excellent."

"The owners, Broc and Jasmine, are truly amazing! They run their business off of merit and truly take pride in building friendships and providing top-tier services. My pedicures are always relaxing, the nailtechs are always professional, courteous, and gently. Importantly, they do not butcher nails - they soaked the gel off completely, placing emphasis on the health of the natural nail. Jasmine was adamant about cleanliness and hygiene! She is a very skilled and detailed artist, it was evident when watching her work. The front-desk receptionist, John, is always professional and super friendly. Lastly, customer service and hospitality is often missed in the beauty industry- not at J Nails & Spa!"

"I'm super pleased with my first experience here. I came in for a walk-in full set and pedicure and was seated almost immediately. I got lucky because they were right between clients, it seems they do prefer appointments or you may have a wait. I asked for gelX extension and Jasmine recommended I do gel builder because it would last longer and fit my nail bed size better. I followed her advice and I'm super happy with the results. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she explained the steps and went over all the pricing and add-on charges to get there. I approved and she got to work. Her attention to detail while building my set was obvious. She regularly checked that I was happy with the length and shape. After my nails were built, they moved me over for my pedicure and I selected my services. I picked a pretty simple pedi but it was really pleasant. Danh came in to finish off my nail design while Jasmine did my Pedi. Danh replicated the design I had a picture of perfectly, checking throughout to make sure the art was what I wanted. Both Jasmine and Danh catered to my requests when I wanted small changes and didn't make me feel like I was being extra or annoying, which I've experienced at other salons. The gentleman who checked me out was also really nice. He went over all the charges with me and had me sign off before actually charging me. I had mentioned earlier in the service that it was my birthday today and they surprised me with a little off the services for such which was unnecessary but such a nice surprise! I will definitely be back and have found my new favorite salon in the area."

"My daughter (11) and I came here for our girl day and we were thoroughly impressed! It's a beautiful setting and the service was great. Everyone was kind and professional and the nail art skills are to be commended. There was a woman next to us who got some detailed Xmas designs on each finger and it was gorgeous! Highly suggest, especially because they're not super busy yet."
