I asked for the classic and told her many time I want them natural looking and she gave me huge winged eyelashes. I cried of embarrassment after leaving. And they did not give me a receipt just because I paid in cash."

"Amazing place! They were super patient with my kids that were getting their nails done and they helped with my super crabby baby while I was getting my nails done. Not that I want to make that a regular thing because that would be stressful, but they turned around an already stressful energy to a peaceful and great event. They do amazing work and my family left super happy. They pay attention to detail and are super professional! Love it and highly recommend!!!"

"I was impressed with the fact that their tools came out of a sterilized package. I have been looking for a salon that sterilizes their tools, as a healthcare worker this is super important to me. I brought in a picture of a nail art design that I wanted for one of my nails and she replicated it flawlessly! The only thing that was awkward was that my manicurist also does waxing, so when I first walked in, she showed me to my seat and then wrapped my fingers in foil to get the previous gel off, but then left me for a good half hour with two open manicurists. There could’ve been more teamwork and another manicurist could have assisted with removing the polish, cutting and filing, maybe even the base coat, by the time she got back. Instead we all awkwardly sat in silence while we waited for her to come back. She might have been the only one who did nail art too? So maybe they didn’t feel they could help. The picture matched the example perfectly! (Attached below)"

"Finding this place was a happy accident. I used to go to Lacey Nails but the experience I had there the last time was beyond awful. They care about how many people they can get in and out vs the quality of service. I called other places and none were accepting anyone today. I called cute nails and they got me in within a half an hour! I can say this much. I've gotten my nails done hundreds of times since I was 16. And this is the most attentive and caring and friendliest places I have ever been too. They kept checking that the length and shape were to my liking. That the acrylic wasn't too thick. I wanted an ombre but was unsure of the 2 colors. I knew I wanted green. The lady even went as far as testing it on her own nail to see how it looked!! Prices were beyond reasonable. I am just blown away. I will be a regular for sure!! Peep my pineapple nails!"
