Elegant Nails

"First off. I was a walk in The gal who greeted me said "1 minute". 30 minutes later I got a chair.I have 2 ugly big toes and showed her. I don't think she understood. The procedure started and was going fairly well until she got to the big toes. Needless to say it was not very pretty and I asked her to stop. By this time I could see blood which she covered with cotton which she had poured a liquid on. Her personality also seemed to change going from joyful and friendly to grump and not so friendly. I had told her I only wanted the 22 pedi however she said my skin was very dry and she had something to help that. By this time I just wanted out of there. My cost ended up being 45! First and last time there. They seem to find a way to upgrade their charges also. BTW 2 days later my big toes throb and are a little red. I have had pedicure in the past, but no reaction like this."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughter went in and to get her nails done. She showed the manicurist what she wanted. She didn’t get the design at all and her nails were angled up. After we left I made my daughter call them back and say they need to fix them. They agreed and I took her back on a Wed.. My daughter called me in cause they made her pay the full amount AGAIN! The new manicurist tells me she did a whole ”new” set when she didn’t do that. She added new polish, simple 2 hearts with the correct color and filed the nails down and pointed the tips. I told her we came back for a fix not a “new” set. My daughter paid over $100 on nails that still aren’t fixed! I will make sure everyone I know knows how they do business and tell them to go somewhere else!"

"the only place ill go for my nails. comes out absolutely perfect every single time. no matter what shape or length i ask for its so beautiful. ask for anna she is the literal best. makes sure to know exactly what i want before we start and has insanely great attention to detail. personally i only ever get solid black nails but i like to change up my shape at times. u wont find anyone better"

"Was very busy today. It took a lot longer then normal to get a fill and eyebrows done. One tech took my name and number and said she would call me in an hour. No call. 1hr15min later I go back inside to use the bathroom and notice she had started someone elses nails. I sit back down and patiently wait. I ended up getting Pam who did my nails and eyebrows. She did amazing detailed work. She listened to what I wanted and used her own creativity (what I asked for) and I left happy with my nails but annoyed that I was there for 4 hrs for a fill and wax."
