"There are a few factors that lead my my two star rating for this store.... First and most importantly the two lady managers that run this store are rude and disrespectful to customers.....Second the restrooms have either smelt like drugs and or have been routinely less than sanitary....Thirdly there has been lot of car theft and car break-ins at this location despite 3 different security services patrolling the area...."

"Ordered a 24 cupcake custom cake 1 week in advance. Asked for Lilo and stitch. With blue frosting. Woman said she can do it. Got there the day of pick up. Had the correct words, but it was Sonic themed. Ruined my kids birthday party. Good job Fred Meyers. Also. Walking out I feel like a prisoner, I gotta grab a receipt before I leave. I forgot to grab my receipt and was forced to go grab it. Luckily the clerk kept it. Try harder Fred Meyers."

"Horrible experience every time I come here and I only go because OHP stopped working with CVS It is overpriced, always missing something I need, dirty, nasty customer service woman at returns, and their employees are always in the way when I am trying to shop. Coming from Tennessee where I have a wonderful Krogers in my town, I am appalled that this place is affiliated with them! They don't even have a cafe to sit down at and eat when you buy from the deli/hot food stations, but they have security ready to what shoot me if I were to steal. Disgusting!"

"Starbucks is located inside Fred Meyer's and I went to get coffee where I met the most polite and thoughtful worker named Calvin. He was very considerate making sure that I had my order and everything I needed. You don't see many people in the work environment with such consideration and respect. I will be visiting this location in the future with employees like these that's what brings me back."

"I used to go to this store religiously I grew up going here and then it was always my go to. In recent years I have been going less and less, the area is just gross and there is always trouble going on around it. Not really their fault I guess. I started doing pick up orders though I don't use them as much as others but I do still use them. I just tend to go to the one on Glisan instead."
