Reviews
"Between the security guard who checks your receipt as you leave and the terrible quality grocery bags that rip as you're struggling to hand the receipt to the smug security guard, this has turned into a mildly humiliating, low class shopping experience. The employees are great though."
"I usually never have an annoying experience here enough to write a review but Heather crossed a line today in my opinion. I had to get something from inside the locked family planning section. I waited over 10 minutes even after someone in electronics called for assistance twice. I finally saw someone with keys passing by so I asked for their help, I explained I have been waiting even after someone called for help twice. Heather didn’t hand me the item but felt the need to walk the sensitive item to the register that is 10 feet away, so I wouldn’t steal it I guess? I simply think when it comes to family planning items that can be sensitive, it is not necessary to have an escort to the register."
"Nov 21,2023. I won’t be shopping at this store anymore. I bought an item for $20 awhile back and it was broken so I never used it. I put it back in the box with the receipt and stuck it in my car. Today I tried to return it and I was told my receipt (my proof of purchase) was expired. As if the transaction never took place. So I said I didn’t want it back and threw it in the trash next to the counter. Meanwhile the customer service person tells a colleague about another person who tried to rip off the store with a same day receipt loud enough for me to overhear. I was not pleased with her implication. This item was purchased within the past 4-6 months. If they are unable to acknowledge a purchase with a receipt and not accept that they sometimes sell broken items then I will find other stores to shop at. The disrespect was palpable."
"Great neighborhood grocery store with reasonable prices. I noticed today they installed security gates on the doors. I'm so glad to see a store step up and do someone about all the shoplifting. Good job!"
