Jantzen Beach Supercenter 1600 North Tomahawk Island Drive, Portland, OR 97217

"My car ran out of gas and I managed to get it in the parking lot here. I had to stay over night to wait for the bottle drop to open so 8 would have gas money. Security came thru and I explained what had happened and he said ok be out of here soon as you can. Before the bottle drop opened security had came back 3 times threatening to tow my car and arrest me for trespassing. When I made it back from the bottle drop they had tagged my car to be towed!! And then came back to harass me with threats of going to jail if I didn't leave. I said all I needed was a jump and I'd gladly leave but neither of us had cables so he told me to find someone which then had me panhandling the parking lot and that got him called again to where he finally said he called his supervisor and he was bringing cables. Why didn't he do that first? What was the purpose of him just being rude and telling me I was going to jail? I didn't mean to run out of gas! He yelled and cussed at me until I cried and almost had a panic attack. The last time I was in this parking lot an elderly woman came to me crying that she needed a jump, had he treated her the same way? Totally unexcusable behavior specially around the holidays"

"I loved Jantzen before it was a strip mall I'm not even sure what I'm supposed to review here the parking lot as it's not a mall it's just big box stores that you can't even walk from one to the other. Oh yeah and if you park here except your car to be broken into or stolen and don't be surprised when it happens. Maybe add some security outside not just that little white van that drives around doing nothing."

"The mall has plenty to do. Plenty of places I like, like Home Depot, Target, and plenty of food choices around. I think I bought my couch and pub style expandable table from that Ashley store too."

"Seems like a place that is never low on stock! If you are heading north from here and plan on buying a gift or personal necessities, do it now. Remember once you cross that river to Washington, items and prepared food has an 8% tax on top of the price!"
