"I've come in twice now and have had great experiences both times. It's hard for me to explain what I want, but both times they literally got it perfect. The shop is clean, they use high quality products, and seem to be informed when you have specific needs or barriers such as sensory issues, etc. Also it is a very warm and comforting environment overall. Getting haircuts for me has never been easy or enjoyable, but I have never felt more comfortable getting a haircut in my life than at this shop."
