"This is as good as it gets. Got me a service appointment with only two days’ notice and they weren’t picky about time. They got the service done in only a few hours and were in contact with me the whole time. They even double-checked a few items for me that I installed myself at home and inspected all the bolt torques for a suspension job I did myself after I provided them with the torque specs. I’ve always thought “a good deal feels good to all the parties in the deal” and to me the price I paid was perfectly fair for the work that was completed and the information that Dylan, the service manager, gave me when I was asking questions.
