"Hands down the best service I’ve ever received (anywhere??). First - my car was stolen and recovered with a destroyed ignition and a broken window. Insurance was not helpful whatsoever and sent me over an estimate. I called Greg’s and right away, Martin was extremely helpful, giving me timelines, offering for me to bring my car in that day to take a look, etc. I was leaving for a 9 day trip the next morning. Originally Martin thought the parts would take weeks. I called in one more time, and Tera (ANGEL) was also helpful and so I brought my car in around 10:30. She knew I was on a time crunch and insurance was basically useless, so she re-estimated and saved me good $$$, then she herself ran to Hyundai, got the parts to fix the ignition and was able to get me my car by 5:15 PM. When I tell you I FELT SO TAKEN CARE OF AND TAKEN SERIOUSLY. I honestly did not expect to walk out with a new ignition that day but Tera made it happen. HIGHLY recommend Greg’s. Both Tera and Martin were awesome. Will definitely go back to them if I need to (hopefully not for a new ignition)."
"I took my vehicle in about a month ago to be repaired and there were several communication issues when it came to timely diagnostics. Communication aside, I tried to be very understanding as I also work in the service industry. However once I received a price quote for my repairs and cross referenced the parts to what they would cost purchased individually- I was shocked. I was quoted about 2,500 for repairs on my vehicle and was able to get it repaired at a shop in my hometown for around 800…. once my partner came to pick the car up and pay the diagnostics fee, Martin informed my partner that I had been “pissing him off”. I assume this is because I was calling to receive updates on my repairs. If you don’t want to be overcharged, don’t go here. You’ll end up paying dealer prices for way worse customer service. The front desk lady was really nice when I called though."
