"This was the best experience I ever had in needing car repair. Bay’s team of car mechanics are instantly friendly, upfront, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. At a moment’s notice the whole team jogged out to help push my car into the shop which caused zero inconvenience to other drivers on the street. David was able to diagnose my vehicle issue with just a description of the sound it was making and verified it by hand, double checking that other suspect parts were not part of the problem. His enthusiasm to get it fixed matched my hope that it could be saved. It’s a high mileage car in otherwise good shape and to me worth keeping up. I’m glad to know I can count on these guys to tell me when to give up on it or keep it going which seems to be their preference too but only because it’s fun! Thanks guys!"

"My New Go-To Mechanic! As a young blonde woman, I’m sure you don’t have to guess how I am typically treated at auto shops. I usually have to call a male friend or my father to get any sort of respect and honesty from these places. These wonderful men were the most patient, kind, transparent and respectful mechanics I have ever met! An extremely intelligent woman with much life experience happened to be there during my wait. She’s been a customer for years and she had nothing but lovely and insightful words about this place. Another woman was finishing up as I came in and I took notice of the respectful interaction. They provide complimentary snacks, drink and a captivating book of art to flip through! It was a clean and professional space that felt welcoming and SAFE. I was compelled to write this review because I know there are other women who share my previously negative experiences. They have truly set a new bar for us women customers!"

If you have a limited budget they will work with you to find the best solution for the lowest cost if necessary.
