"Don't rely on the app to tell you where anything is. Looking for a hand truck, plexiglass, and (hopefully) a window a/c unit. The app said they were in aisle i7 and 65. Only issue with that is all aisles are numbered 1-50. The app doesn't tell you 50+ is outside, and aisle i7 simply doesn't exist. Walked around the store twice to find this stuff."
"I was returning tile and misc supplies that I purchased last summer. I was denied the return as I didn't have my receipts but I charged everything. I went back and this very kind Manager, Dustin Sommers helped me and took the time to be compassionate and listen as I recently lost my husband and was trying to finish my home project. Kevin Page is another employee that has been wonderful to work with me on my entire remolding projects. These type of people are what Home Depot is about.
