Just for flooring alone, I've had long term contracts with at least a half dozen or so. Not that I've had to call them back out though, because their work is such high quality. I'm not typically a review-writing person, but I've been so blown away by the customer service, quality work, communication, and the hoops Lisa and ProFloors constantly jump through for me, that I had to share. "Our apartment complex uses ProFloors every time we need flooring replaced (which is quite often). We absolutely love working with ProFloors. They are great to talk to over the phone, the installers are professional and are always eager to communicate with us during an install. The GM has even come out to our complex a few times to inspect the jobs as he is a former flooring installer. It’s only happened once or twice where we weren’t 100% happy with something and both times they immediately sent someone out to correct the issue. Mistakes happen and not every install can be 100% flawless, but they make sure to make things right as fast as they can and we appreciate it. As the maintenance technician here at the complex, I take pride in my work and I’m happy we use a company who does as well. Thanks ProFloors, see you on the next job :)"
