"I made purchases here throughout the years (for several different companies) since I started hanging gutters in 1998 so I've always heard/known that they sort of pick n choose who they will sell to, didn't really bother me until I started my own company in 2020 and ended up being shot down when trying to place an order with them, apparently cuz I don't buy enough from them? Seems the new trend in business nowadays is to "not do business""

"Need to be a licensed contractor. Well versed. Knowledgeable. Pretty quick. Mornings can be really busy and congested but be patient."

"If you are trucker with sleeper berth very tight to back in . They drop trailer on street and back in with there own day cab. It depends upon your skin colour. Very bad behavior. Never come again"

Tried to add another supplier to my business, and they said, “we’re looking for buys that make bigger purchase, not just a few small items.” Okay, I spend $10-20k/month on gutter materials. Just take your money and time somewhere else, they seem to have all the customers they will ever need again."

"If your in a hurry, they are not. However thru have anything and everything you need gutters. I agree with the other reviews completely. And they make extremely good gutter parts. And the parking... forget about parking."
