"Stopped by at 2pm (Tues). Walked into a staff meeting. Very awkward. No one said hi despite 2 employees being within a few feet from me (I'm standing just inside the front door). After a few min of hearing sales numbers and feeling like an employee I decided to leave. It was only then someone told me it would just be a few more minutes. No thanks. EDIT: Because of the reply I got to my review, I decided to try stopping by again since I work a couple minutes away). Went by about a week later and received great service. I'm not a plumber so I thought I'd get an impatient representative with a bad attitude (my usual experience when going to electrical or plumbing supply stores who cater to professionals). But the guy I spoke with (Paul, I think) was very patient and helpful. Changing my review to 5 stars."
