"Everyone that works here is great, if you have a problem, it’s you. An employee once taught me about different kinds of drill bits when I clearly had no idea what I was doing. Before that, I asked for a drill that was not $200, and was promptly shown something that was $40. Product selection is vast, but also seems to be geared towards the many independent contractors doing work in the area. Might not be able to find the bougie item you’re looking for, but lots to browse if you are a real DIY type. The people at the counter are always friendly, but not fake, which is refreshing as someone from the east coast. If you want to be catered to, go to Home Depot!"

"I have been coming here for about 10 years and it's about time I leave a review. These guys and gals have consistently been fantastic in all those years. I'm actually pretty surprised at the consistency. I always have lots of questions around the products I'm buying and what I'm going to use these for and they are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. And there's always staff available, versus going to giant hardware stores where you can't find staff to help. Here they are also relaxed. It really feels like the kind of community hardware store that you would walk into 40 years ago. A great feel. To give an example of the service, I bought some plywood from a lumber store the other day and I don't have a circular saw to cut it to what I need for this small project and it's not worth buying a saw just for this one project. I called multiple lumber stores to ask him if they could cut the plywood down a few inches. They all said they couldn't cut wood for liability reasons. Finally fed up, I came to the hardware store to finally look at buying a saw. When Rick heard that I only needed to do two cuts he said to just bring in the plywood and he would cut it for me. That's service! And that's how it used to be. I have had this experience with all the staff and the older staff have tons of knowledge that has really helped me out in numerous projects. I highly recommend buying local and doing business here."

"This store gets 5 out of 5 stars when it comes to the staff and what a great little neighborhood hardware store it is. The loss of one star is only because they are not open on Sundays. It seems with all the big box stores like home Depot and everything that they would want to be open on the weekend when everyone is doing home improvement projects. I try to support them as much as I can but I go to home Depot almost every time it's Sunday and I need something. otherwise great little hardware store with knowledgeable staff that are there to help you."
